Easy and Affordable Ways to Update Your Current Lighting

Posted by

The fabulous homeowners at my listing at 3850 Brandy Station Court wanted to update their lighting prior to listing and we brought in Monika Thiels for suggestions. Monika and I have worked together before and she always has great ideas to bring a home into market-ready position quickly and affordably.

Here’s what we did, and it was so easy I’m sharing with you. Everything was purchased online from Home Depot or Wayfair. Click. Click. DONE!

It’s always important to make a good first impression with an updated outdoor sconce as they did here. This one is from Wayfair

This affordable drum pendant immediately modernized their casual dining area, also from Wayfair.

It’s easy to add a little glam to a bedroom or home office from Home Depot.

Do you have any closets or utility areas where you have forgotten what the fixture even looks like? Correct this with a super flush mount from Home Depot.
