Just in time for its 50th anniversary, Colony Square is about to get a major redevelopment which will bring it’s past up to current standards and add to the Midtown’s ever-increasing desirability as a community and place to call home. It’s focal point will be iPic Theaters, a nine-screen , 426-seat luxury movie theater and a 6700 square feet chef-driven restaurant and bar.

Other additions will be Main & Main, a food hall similar to Krog Street Market with open kitchens and entertainment options which can be entered through The Grove, Colony Square’s 40,000 square feet of outdoor gathering space located at Juniper and 14th Streets, which will feature green space, seating and a beer garden.

Plans call for 60,000 square feet of retail space (some of which has already opened on Peachtree), 262 luxury residences, 940,000 square feet of office space, a 466-room hotel, and a fitness center.
