A kitchen that opens to the family room is always a buyer magnet. All furniture, carpets and paint were neutralized. Kitchen cabinets were a dark wood color and were painted to make the kitchen lighter, brighter and appear larger. Counter tops were updated with granite and stainless steel appliances replaced old ones.
The dining room was another room where plantation shutters were the only window treatment which created a modern, bright feel. Walls were painted a creamy color and decoration was kept to a minimum.
Walls and linens in the master bedroom were neutralized and windows are free of dated window treatments. Depersonalization allowed potential buyers to see the rooms without distraction.
Neutral linens and light walls instantly updated and visually enlarged this secondary bedroom. All unnecessary accessories were removed for a clean, streamlined look.
The master bath had been recently updated with new counter tops and fixtures and fresh paint on cabinets and walls. Kendle’s choices were affordable and appealing. All personal items were removed giving the appearance of a model home.
This sleek terrace level room was a clean canvas allowing buyers to be able to mentally place their furniture.
