How to Integrate Your Antiques with Soft Neutrals to Update a Space

The homeowners of my beautiful Chastain Park listing have perfectly integrated their handed down pieces with soft neutrals new lamps and shades and a few added pieces with newer lines to create beautiful areas in their home that will emotionally appeal to buyers because of their calm and simplicity. An updated interior sends the message to buyers that your house has been carefully maintained as well.

In the master sitting room, older pieces are combined with contemporary lamps, tables and soft colors to create a look that reflects the current trend of simple with contemporary lines.

The secondary bedroom is light and bright with updated fabrics and chairs from Acquisitions. Simple white bedding is always calming, and serves as a nice contrast to the wood tones of the twin beds. Window treatments appear to float from the ceiling which expands the already clean and open space.
